Terms of Service for RoAPI Discord Bot

Welcome to RoAPI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoAPI Discord bot ("the Bot", "we", "us", or "our"), which tracks Roblox game statistics and updates. By using RoAPI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting RoAPI to your Discord server or by interacting with the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

RoAPI is a Discord bot designed to monitor Roblox game statistics and updates. It allows users to set up trackers for specific Roblox Universe IDs, receive notifications about changes, and view game data within Discord.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Compliance with Discord ToS: You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times while using RoAPI.
• Compliance with Roblox ToS: You must comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Rules at all times. RoAPI fetches publicly available data from Roblox APIs and is not intended for any activity that violates Roblox's terms.
• Appropriate Use: You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purpose of tracking Roblox game statistics. Any use of the Bot for illegal, malicious, or unauthorized activities is strictly prohibited.
• Abuse: You must not abuse, harass, or threaten other users, or attempt to disrupt the Bot's functionality or the Discord platform.
• Blacklist: We reserve the right to blacklist any user, guild, or Roblox universe ID from using the Bot if we determine, in our sole discretion, that they have violated these Terms or are engaging in harmful activities. Reasons for blacklisting may include, but are not limited to, excessive spamming, malicious use, or violation of Discord/Roblox terms.

4. Tracker Limits and Premium Features

• Default Limits: RoAPI has default limits on the number of trackers per server and per user. These limits are subject to change.
• Gamepasses/Premium: You may increase your tracker limits or unlock additional features by purchasing gamepasses on Roblox or obtaining premium status through our support server. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Proof of Purchase: For gamepass purchases, you are required to provide proof of purchase in our support server to receive your increased limits or premium features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

RoAPI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data fetched from Roblox APIs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RoAPI or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Bot; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Bot; (c) any content obtained from the Bot; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Bot after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Bot is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
